DHCP server authorization

I've completed step 8 with migrating DHCP scope. I had issues with get-credential in step 11 - I saw this https://server-essentials.com/community/answers/setting-dhcp-problem-in-sbs2011-to-server-2016-essentials-migration-problem and set it the same way but notice there's a red down arrow on IPv4 DHCP GUI and a message 'A DHCP server must be authorized.' I don't think I missed any steps - I assume I should follow the instructions "To authorize this DHCP server, navigate to the server node and click Authorize"?

Thank you!

I authorized it and things seem ok. Test laptop gets new ip and dns/dhcp server is correct.
