on our production email server we're no longer receiving email from certain domains. After I verified our certificates in EAC, one of them shows this error: "Revocation check failed". How to safely fix this problem by renewing the failed certificate ?

thanks for replying. It was a self-signed certificate generated by our active directory CA.
Also, please understand that access to our active directory CA through: http://localdomainname/CertSrv is not functionning at all.
I'm hesitante to rebuild it from scratch, because it is a production environnement and may have some damaging consequences.
FYI: we migrated from SBS2011 with Exchange 2010 to Windows server 2019 with Exchange 2019.

You should not use a selfsigned certificate. I would use Let's Encrypt and get a proper certificate.
