Microsoft support won’t support Anywhere Access

We have a server 2016 essentials customer whose remote access stopped working.

I have a support ticket open with MICROSOFT Who are telling me remote access to the client computers isn’t authorized in Server essentials 2016 and only access for admin purposes is allowed.

As usual MICROSOFT doesn’t know their own flipping products. I’m so so sick of them. Does anybody know of anything that says that yes remote workers are allowed to access their computers to Server Essentials Community 2016 so that I can show it to this idiot?

Gavin, what is the problem? You should be able to access computers inside your network if you allowed those through the Essentials Dashboard. It is correct that RDP access to the Essentials server itself is limited to max 2 connections but that is a different scenario.
