Move Arbitration Mailboxes from Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2016

I have started the migration batch for the 4 arbitration mailkboxes 2 days ago. It never ends and the status says "Synchronising".

In the report i can see that the job is connected with both Servers and the databases. If i display the Mailboxes in exchange powershell i can see the first three mailboxes are still on the old server and the other four are on the new exchange 2016 server.

What could i do in this case ?
