PFMigration Status Synced with errors

Exchange 2010 to 2016 Public Folder Migration, the  Migration batch failed.  It complains about two folders that couldn't be mail enabled.

The SyncAndComplete parameter is only allowed when there are no Failed or Stopped users.

The only thing I found is this https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/2030625-public-folder-migration-failed. Do you have any custom forms in your PF?

Thanks, the second link was helpful in mail-disabling public folders. This Exchange organization came from an SBS 2000 many moons ago.

This link describes how to roll back the process: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/Exchange/collaboration/public-folders/batch-migration-from-previous-versions?redirectedfrom=MSDN&view=exchserver-2016#Scripts

I'll try it again..
