SBS 2008 Migration

Hi Team:

I am thinking of purchasing SBS 2008 migration kit for migration to Server 2016 with support. Wondering:

  1. How would support work when I am in Canada. 
  2. What is the difference between Break/ Fix Vs Premium support.
  3. Would help be available if migration was planned in Dec 2019.

    Hello Mohindar,

    Thanks for the questions.

    1. If you need us we will connect using Microsoft Teams and Teamviewer,
    2. Break-fix can be used to ask for support when something needs to be fixed. Premium support includes project planning and you can ask us anything, also when you have questions on design issues.
    3. Yes, we know many of our customers migrate in December so we are also available during the holidays.
