SBS2008/SBS2011 migrations

Good day. I have a few clients still running SBS2008 and SBS2011. We really need to get these clients upgraded. Here is my question:

The subscriptions sold on this site you have access to EVERY tutorial for ANY migration once you pay? Also, my end result for all these clients is to have Server 2019 and Exchange 2019 on a new virtualized server for all. I have read that there are multiple hops to get this result. So I would in essence have to go from say SBS2008 to Server 2012r2 correct first? Then onto 2019.

Question: On my new server hardware I would create MULTIPLE virtual machines say maybe 5 or 6 total as I would be going to Server 2012r2 FIRST (1st VM) THEN onto 2016 or 2019 (2nd VM) and same for Exchange 2007 -> Exchange 2013 (3rd VM) THEN to Exchange 2016/2019 (4th VM). Does this sound correct? Do you also offer recommended Virtual machines setups for each setup like RAM, disk space etc?

Thanks for you time.

Ok thanks for this! So with SBS2008 migration I would need a server with a hrpervisor host then 2 VMs correct? I am guessing I would have to have at least Server 2012r2 on the first VM and Exchange 2013 on the 2nd? Once this is migrated then the second hop will be to a 3rd VM say Server 2016/2019 and the 4th VM will be Exchange 2019? For the Hyper V setup what are the charges for assistance? I am trying to keep all these client projects the same so same hardware and VM setup etc as they all are similar sized companies.

    Thanks!
