I ran the ADHealthCheck.ps1 on both servers both showed the new server (server) has a BASC Warn:

From what I have read online it appears this is not an issue, but can you confirm before I forge ahead in the process?
Up in the Primary Tests, all but the following passed:
Starting test: DFSREvent
There are warning or error events within the last 24 hours after the SYSVOL has been shared. Failing SYSVOL
replication problems may cause Group Policy problems.
