Server 2012 R2 essentials mangement service will not start

I am running a Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials and the dashboard is blank not showing users or devices. I have tried starting the Windows Server Essementals Management service but it keeps giving me an error 1067 when trying to start. I made sure the permissions were log on as system account ,i have tried renamed devicesinfo.xml to the .bak file and i tried renaming the healthreport folder. nothing system be working. i am not running windows server backup on the server so that delete backup fix is not gonna work here either. any suggestions?

Can you enable the builtin administrator account, login with those credentials and try again?
