What point to uninstall Exchange 2010?

Hello,

Sorry if this question has been answered a thousand times. I am starting our SBS2011 migration to 2016. Exchange has already been migrated to O365. When should I uninstall Exchange 2010? Before getting into the migration or at some step in the migration process?

Hi Larry,

We do that at the very end, just before we demote the SBS. The reason is that the uninstalling Exchange Server from the SBS 2011 kills the SBS Console and several other components like RWW. Check chapter 16. Migrate the Certification Authority and pay special attention to the text in the yellow block.
