Windows Server 2012 Essentials and Office 365 integration fails

Hi, our organization has a server that runs on Windows Server 2012 Essentials.

Earlier, I had a wrong domain associated with the Office 365 account in the dashboard.

I removed the other domain and tried to connect the correct domain. Although initially, I could remove the domain, when I wanted to connect the new/current domain, it was trying to connect the old one.

I once again tried to disable the Office 365 integration and I keep getting this message:

There was a Problem Uninstalling the Office 365 Integration Module

An unknown error occurred

Make sure that the computer is connected to the Internet and then try again.

If you continue to experience this problem, restart the server and then try again.

When I try to link a domain to Office 365, I get this message:

Cannot retrieve the domain information

Cannot retrieve the domain information

Please help.

When I look in the setting of IE, the box for auto-detect proxy settings is not checked.
