Exchange 2016 CU13 Dependencies: Visual C++ 2013

At Migrate Exchange Server 2013 to Exchange Server 2016 in a SBS migration scenario

Chapter 3. Install dependencies for Exchange Server 2016 setup
Item 2. Copy the contents of the script below into your PowerShell window and hit enter...

It appears that it installed Visual C++ 2012 (although I don’t see that explicitly in the script) however when I went to install Exchange 2016 CU13 it balked because it wanted Visual C++ 2013.

No biggie... I installed Visual C++ 2013 and proceeded on my way... Just thought you should know...

Yes, it is in chapter 6 before you start installing Exchange Server that I tell to check Exchange Server Supportability Matrix. Setup will inform you if anything is missing. It seems that every CU has other requirements.

FWIW I had reviewed the Exchange Server Supportability Matrix but didn’t find any reference there to Visual C++

Yes, it is typical to this last CU I guess.
