A virtual server and we use third party backup, updates via managed service not Windows updates, third party antivirus. This results in Event log errors and alerts on the server dash board and in the health reports.

How best to overcome?

• Use Microsoft inbuilt solutions - Not our preferred method
• Ignore the alerts
• Make OS aware that these jobs are handled elsewhere
• Turn off the alerts

Anyone any experience with this?
