WSE2016 - Issue when attempting to connect to O365

Be gentle - Newbie alert!

I am playing on a test rig at home in preparation for helping out a small organisation to implement WSE, probably 2019 but my sandbox is 2016, although not sure if that matters, but I plan to gift them a server and the software to run it to help them, but I want to make sure I don't gift them a problematic setup!

I am configuring the WSE2016 machine and wanted to connect the various users online accounts, but Microsoft Cloud Services Integration in the Dashboard just has a spinning wheel next to it.

I have searched and can't find anything specifically about this here or elsewhere, and am wondering if this is just a problem with me learning as I go...

My ask is either for some pointers on diagnosing and resolving the issue or perhaps to a good source of information to help me learn what I need to know to  complete the implementation successfully.

Cheers,

Ian

Ian,

No problem, welcome. Make sure you install all updates on your server. After that is done import all registry settings from the attached zip file

Thanks Mariette, that worked a treat!

Next hurdle is that I get a box saying "There was an issue...",

I know that my Usr/Pwd is fine, I have Internet and all updates are in, so I'm a bit foxed and the only thing I can think of is that the Subscription I am using for the sandbox is my Family Sub rather than a Business Sub, could this be the issue?

Cheers,

Ian

You must use a business account.
