Install the new server 2012 R2 as a replica DC, Global Catalog and transfer all operations roles with Move-ADDirectoryServerOperationMasterRole. Migrate Exchange Server 2010 mailboxes, public folders, DHCP, AD, DNS and printers, files, folders, and shares. After that, we demote and remove the old SBS 2011 (end-of-life) and cleanup Active Directory and DNS.
