Exchange 2010 SP3 Update Rollup Error

No matter which rollup I try to install, I receive an error code: 2771 saying that there was an unexpected error.  What am I missing?  I have looked back through everything I can think of.  (This server was not updated regularly by the previous managers, so I am trying to catch up and get it migrated) . Any suggestions?  I need to get this to the right version so I can proceed.  Thanks!

Exchange 2010 uninstallation failed half way through. What now?

We've migrated to Server 2016 with Exchange 2016. I followed the instructions to remove Exchange 2010, but it failed half way through the uninstall. I then tried following the ADSI Edit instructions, but I don't want to proceed as they remove anything exchange related from the domain, which I don't want to do. How do I make sure Exchange 2010 gets fully removed from my AD? Thanks.

Exchange 2016

Hello Mariette, a couple of questions: Since UCMA v5.0 is available, should I install that instead of UCMA v4.0?  In your tests, have you run into any problems with it working with Exch2016? Are there any additional or different steps that I need to perform if I install UCMA v5.0? Thanks, AJ

Exchange offline during migration from EX2010 to EX2016??

Migrate Exchange Server 2010 to Exchange Server 2016 in a SBS 2003 migration scenario Hello, During this migration, are the Exchange Servers offline or unreachable for the users at any time? Can I do this migration on the fly? We only have 10 mailboxes, and if the servers were unavailable for an hour or so, that would not be a problem. I just want to know if that's the case and at which point. Thanks, Thomas

Exchange Server 2016 on DC

Hi everybody, I am in the middle of a migration from SBS 2011 to Server 2016. In the process I realized, that MS does not recommend to install that on the Domain Controller ( Installing Exchange on a domain controller is not recommended [WarningInstallExchangeRolesOnDomainController] | Microsoft Docs ), but it does not seem it is impossible. Has anyone tried this and what is the experience? Thanks, Oliver

Exchange Server 2016 with 2 NICS. Is it a bad idea? If so, why?

I am looking to see if I understand what needs to be done to make that happen. And someone suggested it is a bad idea.   Kal

Then rerun the "setup.com" instruction to uninstall Exchange Also, you might include a note that depending on the server, uninstalling Exchange could take 15-20 minutes ...
